Battery poweredway avoids wiring trouble. This electric lock has low power alarm, when voltageis lower than 10% it will be working with sound and light on every opening.

2. Low voltage alarm: if voltage is lower than 10%, lock will prompt with sound and light on every opening.
3. Micro USB connector for emergency power supply.
